Hello,
I am Lee Ji-hee, Chair of the International Educational Guardian Association.
For more than 20 years I have cared for international students and devoted myself to their growth and safety. As education in Korea becomes more international and the number of international minors keeps rising, I feel keenly how much help and protection they need as they grow up.
The association was founded by education experts to build a strong educational safety net by helping schools, parents, society and its institutions, and international minors communicate and work together smoothly. International parents and students in particular, whose language and culture differ, need an international educational guardian who can bridge that gap.
We continuously counsel and communicate with international minors so that they can grow into mature, healthy members of society in Korea, and we do our utmost for their happy student life and their development into global talent.
Our goal is to serve as a social guardian in Korea for international minors who fall into gaps in the education system, and to build an educational foundation suited to an international age. We ask for your continued interest and encouragement.
