The International Educational Guardian Association (the "Association") maintains this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and to handle related concerns promptly, in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

To handle membership, partnership and donation inquiries submitted through this website, the Association collects your name, phone number, email, organization name (optional), the amount you wish to donate (for donation inquiries) and your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and provide information.
2. Retention period
Personal information is kept for one year after your inquiry is resolved and then destroyed without delay, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, in which case we keep it for the period the law specifies.
3. Sharing with third parties
The Association does not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law specifically requires it.
4. Processing by service providers
Inquiry forms on this website are received and stored through our website hosting service (Netlify).
5. How information is destroyed
When the retention period ends, electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, and the Association will act without delay.
