IEGA ran an application support program with its member universities for international minors who struggle with the different eligibility rules and required documents of each university's special admissions track for international students. It was created in response to feedback that admissions guides alone make it hard to work out individual requirements and missing documents, so students could prepare their applications through direct consultations with university admissions officers.

On Saturday, October 17, admissions officers Seong Hyeon-ji and Kim Min-jeong of member university Sogang University visited the association on the weekend to counsel students individually and review their documents. They listened to the difficulties students had faced while preparing, checked corrections to application forms and missing or incomplete documents together, and answered questions about intended majors and scholarships so students could complete their applications.

Building on this program, in which the association and its member universities worked directly together to help students through the application process, IEGA plans to continue supporting international minors so they can understand each university's admissions process accurately and prepare for higher education.
